The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. There are six main chakras, which align the spine, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head.
To visualize a chakra in the body, imagine a swirling wheel of energy where matter and consciousness meet. This invisible energy, called Prana, is vital life force, which keeps us vibrant, healthy, and alive.
So without too much thinking just choose your favorite Chakra and find what it says about you.

If you feel good wearing red, this is also a color associated with abundance, prosperity and resilience. But it can also imply emotions such as anger, resentment, depression or frustration if your root chakra is disconnected.
You may even experience physical effects of eating disorders, pessimism or lack of focus. The good news is that these can be turned around to fuel the positive red energy as it is intended, such as ambition, determination and persistence. Red are very passionate in nature, strength and love.
